Increase productivity - System direction minimizes search time and dispatches operators to the best task given their equipment.
Improving inventory accuracy – thru self-cycle counting mechanism
Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and long-term performance goals
Close Coordination with Production Manager and Supply Chain Manager on Progress Review Process
Proactively monitor the Progress activities in making sure that all required material are supplied according to the schedule
Investigate root causes and perform corrective action to resolve the problems identified.

Qualifications

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Mechatronic/Electromechanical) or equivalent.
At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Proficient knowledge of warehouse procedure, SAP and policy
Excellent leadership and organizational skills
Preferably Coordinator/Supervisors specializing in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent.
Applicants must be willing to work in Batam - Kepulauan Riau.
