Job Description

In short, what you will be doing:

Review and verification of KYC information and assessment of KYC applications flagged for manual review.

  • Periodically evaluate existing Clients according to established policies and procedures.
  • Periodical review of KYC records for completeness, including verifying that due diligence has been performed, standards are complied with, and that risk assessments are current and up to date.
  • Investigating high-risk clients, escalating to Compliance where necessary, and obtaining all necessary documentation to complete client files.
  • Perform investigation on identified suspicious clients and escalate to Compliance where necessary.
  • Develop a Good understanding of FINXFLO’s customer due diligence regulations, policies and procedures.
  • Proactive team spirit and sharing of knowledge, working within a team – with an adaptable & flexible approach.
  • Coordinate multiple global Stakeholders on various KYC queries.
  • Ability to process/analyse complex and large amounts of business, product and service information to make sound recommendations for improvements/enhancements
  • Maintaining operational performance and quality assurance of the Service team (based in Jakarta) through regular communication and alignment with the FINXFLO HQ.
  • Analyse customer and system incidents and report on key trends while identifying process improvements
  • Tier 1 and Tier 2 customer service support
  • Demonstrates integrity and the ability to resolve challenging interpersonal and customer/business situations
  • Ability to manage complex escalations.

Qualifications*

What you need to bring along

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience, in KYC/Onboarding or any relevant roles

  • Experience in private banking, wealth management or financial markets business, including but not limited to Banking Act, Securities and Futures Act, Financial Advisers Act and Private Banking Code of Conduct would be a plus.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; with the ability to quickly identify the issues, exercise sound judgement and manage execution under pressure.
  • Attentive to details and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment; able to meet tight timelines and work independently.
  • Literacy in English
  • Knowledge of Crypto would be preferred, but not necessary
  • Able to manage the function independently
  • People oriented and professional
  • A Degree Holder and/or any relevant professional/industry qualification such as ICA Diploma in Compliance would be a plus
