Job Description

Requirements

    • Minimum Diploma degree
    • Minimum 1 year experience in customer services or contact center
    • Have great problem solving skill
    • Have strong verbal communication and negotiation skill

    • Ensure customer satisfaction
    • Provide professional customer support
