We are now seeking a position as a Customer Services who will handle the following key responsibilities as below :
Processing of orders
Understanding of B2B customers Purchase Orders
Advising customers on expected delivery timelines
Communicate and bridge the whole order-to-cash process.
Managing demand planning – hands on management of customers’ forecast in SAP as demand planning tool, Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
Supporting Sales Leader with sales and other reports required.
Other duties which may be assigned from time-to-time
We expect prospective talents to meet the requirements as below :
At least bachelor degree from reputable universities
Mastering Excel and familiar working with SAP
Latest 3+ years of working experience as a Customer Services Officer or Order Process in a B2B environment
UnderstandingIBP & Supply Chain process
Able to work independently and team player, with a minimum supervision
Proficient in English is mandatory
Wiill be placed as contract employee, based at South Jakarta.
