Duties & Responsibilities
1. Adhere to Safety procedure and policies in accordance with safety management system. Including:
2. Adhere to Quality procedure and policies in accordance with the Integrated ISO Management System (9001; 14001; 45001) (where applicable) quality assurance system. Including:
3. Comply to Smiths etic policy and regulation
4. Comply with all SHE law and regulations
5. Installation of seal at site / customer facility
6. Commissioning of the machine after installation
7. Trouble shooting
8. Provide training
9. Provide report for every cases and activities
10. Conduct failure study to find root cause with cause and effect diagram
11. Provide recommendation for any modification to engineering and customer whenever necessary
12. Ready to support customers on call and regular basis
13. Promoting John Crane products to customer
14. Supporting sales team on technical discussion with customer
15. Supporting organization/department to achieve business unit indicator (KPI)
16. Building good rapport of John Crane in front of customer
17. Conduct mechanical seal inspection, inspection report and seal repair recommendations.
18. Repair the seal – cleaning – lapping – assemble & testing
19. Capable to operate SAP to support business activities
20. Capable to communicate effectively inter department
21. Supporting 5S
22. Supporting CI/Kaizen
23. Assemble and testing for new seal before deliver to customer

Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Mechanical engineering, majoring conversion energy
Minimum years of experience in role:
