Deskripsi Pekerjaan :

Menerima telp masuk dan membuat laporan sesuai dengan SOP

Memberikan informasi kepada pelanggan sesuai dengan product knowledge dan SOP

Kualifikasi :

1. Pria/Wanita

2. D3/S1

3. Usia maksimal 30 tahun

4. Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai call center Online Tiket

5. Aktif berbahasa Inggris (Speaking/writing)

6. Familiar dengan CRM Ticketing System

7. Memiliki kemampuan analisa & negosiasi yang baik

8. Memiliki orientasi di bidang service (sabar, emphaty, keterampilan mendengarkan)

9. Berdomisili di JABODETABEK

10. Bersedia kerja shifting

Hari kerja : Senin – Minggu (shifting)
