Job Role Responsibilities

Provide leadership in day to day operations through effective communications, coaching, training and development
Ensure effective safety, security and controls performance that meets the global standard
Oversight and stewardship of assigned personnel in all aspects of warehouse operations; Goods receiving, issuing, storage, and other basic warehouse functions
Ensure warehouse employees are trained and operate consistent with established procedures, controls and Supply Chain Handbook
Ensure inventory management activities are performed in compliance with established procedures, controls and Procurement Warehouse Handbook (physical inventories, dormant stock reviews, etc.)
Administrative Activities: Timesheet management, Metrics stewardship and reporting, stock replenishment approvals, goods/services approvals, controls reports, etc.
Communicate regularly with the Business Unit Supervisors / Management to assess warehouse performance and develop action plans to continually improve on performance to meet clients objectives
Manage operating budgets and compliance of local federal and state regulations.
Perform ongoing personnel performance assessment and counseling
Special projects as assigned

Bachelor’s Degree in any major (more preferred from Industrial Engineering and Logistic Management) with minimum GPA 3.5
Fluent in English, both oral and written.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Vlookup, Hlookup, Pivot, etc) and PowerPoint.
