Program Delivery Executive is in charge of the strategy execution management process. He/she takes over after the strategy and business plan have been developed and assists management in safeguarding the execution of strategic programs and the achievement of targets.

Your 'day to day':

  • Development of management team level monitoring and tracking and setup of a regular update process
Assimilate the business strategy and annual business plan
Identify and prioritize the key strategic initiatives that require monitoring by the management team
Define key execution metrics and milestones per initiative in line with management information needs
Develop reporting/dashboard to monitor the planning / key strategic initiatives and provide recommendation to direct supervisor or peers as an follow up action plan
Establish process for regular update of the monitored metrics and milestones

  • Conducting of regular project and program meeting cadences with peers in the functional organizations
Identify information and discussion requirements, disseminate agenda and prepare content
Conduct meeting and create MoM

  • Maintenance and administration of the project portfolio management system
Be main point of contact and custodian of the centralized project portfolio management system
Ensure information is filled correctly in the system
Generate project portfolio reports as required by management
Assist functional PMO and project managers in operating their project in the system

  • Evaluation of target achievement at year end for the top management team
Develop system/model to aid KPI scoring for the management team members
Obtain the target and actual data for each management team member and calculate score
Provide analysis and insight based on the resulting score with the Director of Strategy & Program Delivery

  • Coaching of functional PMO teams and project managers in executing the strategic initiatives as required
Advise functional PMO and project managers on a day-2-day basis
Collate best practices and lessons learned from projects
Conduct cross functional knowledge sharing sessions between functional PMO and project managers

  • Support Director Strategy & Program Delivery in special projects and in managing the management team meeting cadence.
Support and/or lead selected special projects through coordination, communication and analysis as needed
Support regular management team meetings by administering the agenda, record keeping minutes, keeping track of follow-up items

Who we're looking for:

  • University degree in business, economics, engineering, IT or science from a reputable local or international university
  • 1-3 years of experience in project work in a large corporation or in a consulting company; Preferably in FMCG sector, but not mandatory
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills - to be tested through case interview
  • Well articulated in English and Indonesian language
  • Advanced knowledge and practice with MS office software, especially Powerpoint and Excel
  • Experience in project management, as project lead or project team member
  • Team player
  • Good listener and pays attention to detail
  • Ability and willingness to continually learn and grow
  • Basic experience in a programming language or database system (Python, Visual Basic, Java, MS Access, MySQL, ...) is a plus, but not mandatory
