About the Role


It’s your chance to be part of one of the greatest success stories of our times! As our Head of Business for GoKasir, you'll be an impactful leader in the Commerce Enablement team at Gojek. In this role, you’ll play a key role for one of our most important products: GoKasir. This product serves as a POS and business solutions tool for Gojek’s 400,000+ SME merchant partners. You’ll also spend your time translating analytical insights into tactical solutions, articulating the needs of our merchant-partners to our internal teams, and shipping product features that enhance merchant-partners experience. Working closely alongside a talented troop from Product, Marketing, Data & Analytics and Strategy, you’ll drive forward the GoKasir product growth. Your work will help us serve the most relevant, meaningful, and delightful impact features to our merchant-partners, ensuring they get the seamless experience they deserve whenever they utilize GoKasir.

What You Will Do

  • Own and manage GoKasir end-to-end from growth, P&L, product strategy to marketing
  • Drive and execute key strategic projects - from conducting root cause analysis of high-priority issues to implementing proposed solutions
  • Constantly iterate to unlock growth opportunities, such as cross-functional Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy that rallies the organization around the highest leverage growth priorities
  • Use a qualitative and quantitative data-driven model to measure, analyze, and synthesize actionable insights and disseminate knowledge broadly across cross-functional partners

What You Will Need

  • At least 6 years of relevant work & leadership experience in a fast-paced environment (product management, consulting, investment banking and/or fast-paced startup would be preferred)
  • Experience in managing P&L is highly preferred
  • High work-ethic, most likely exemplified by involvement in student societies/extracurricular activities/work
  • A go-getter attitude with a fearless and positive mindset to tackle complex problems
  • Excellent communication (English is a must) and interpersonal skills, a team player with a hands-on approach
  • Adaptable to new and fast-changing environments with a proven ability to succeed in challenging environments that stretch you to your limits

About the Team

In Commerce Enablement, we consistently strive to implement solutions that allow our merchant-partners in Indonesia (and the greater Southeast Asian region) to sell their products both online and offline. We also work to improve the merchant-partner experience by product innovation and integration with the rest of the Gojek ecosystem.

Our portfolio of products include merchant-facing solutions that enable our merchant-partners to sell their goods and services both online and offline. Southeast Asia is a highly dynamic market, where products have to react promptly to market trends and shifts, where the GoKasir team needs to be flexible in experimenting and iterating fast. With that in mind, the GoKasir team's challenges are very diverse ranging from very operational to very strategic questions in order to drive product growth and scalability. To tackle these challenges, we move fast and drive data-driven decision-making and planning across the organization.
