Job Description
Interpret business needs of team to develop concepts ideation, visualization and execution of ideas
Skilled in the craft of copywriting – content writing and advertising copy
Develop and check all copy and offer solutions
Able to present well
Manage multiple deadlines, timelines and teams to complete work order
Work with third parties to develop creative
Coordinate activities with other departments
Create, review and support all ideas with copy
Can work with a wide range of media from online to offline, videos to tv to on-ground events
Be detail orientated to produce accurate and high-quality work
Will be the lead team for User Growth unit- developing content, mechanics, performance marketing materials, develop and curate all paid channel marketing creatives, plan and execute content and communication strategiestargeted at onsite user lifecycle journeys, user engagement mechanisms, while displaying a deep understanding of consumer mindset
Work well with Creative Director as well as other team members
Job Requirements
Skills Required
Experience in advertising & content writing
Knowledge in Performance Marketing preferred – able to optimize creative from testing and research results
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or an equivalent field required.
4+ years experience of copywriting or related communications experience required.
Must have proficient computer experience, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
Strong attention to detail.
Ability to train, direct, lead and evaluate the work of others.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines concurrently.
Ability to judge creative concepts and copy, and clearly communicate creative direction to others.
A strong record in creating immaculate copy that stands out from the crowd
The ability to plan and strategise projects
A persuasive and confident approach to creativity
Excellent communication skills
Familiarity with creative processes and media – including digital media
Confidence in building a rapport with team members and nurture good working relationships
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor degree from any major uni, preferabally Communication or Advertising
Min. 4 years’ work as a Copywriter with Digital background if possible
Previous job experience in advertising, branding house, technology company, such as e-commerce, ride hailing, fintech with a fast pace track is a plus
Good English, Excellent Bahasa - writing and verbal
Able to work individually & in team
Great sense of urgency
Able to work under pressure
Good mix of portfolio that shows strength in thinking and execution
