We are seeking a business analyst to join our team to help translating business needs into a functioning set of systems and hardware that improve internal processes and overall business performance. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. Job Description
  • Perform Impact Assessments to validate the Change / Problem statements
  • Responsible to conduct and or to coordinate the business scooping session with the Business User to ensure quality Business Requirement Document (BRD) are produced within timeline.
  • Acquire stakeholder consensus and signoff on requirements
  • Handle the requirements from initiation to closure by working closely with business stakeholders and technology delivery teams, ensuring requirements are specified suitable for the intended audience and are understandable and unambiguous
  • Ensure defect free requirements through use of comprehensive and meticulous requirement elicitation techniques
  • Play a critical communications role by interacting with the user (business domain) and with the technology teams
  • Lead discussion with the project team to clearly identify results needed to achieve business goals and provide best solution
  • Proactively suggest process and system improvements which build sustainable business value
Experience and skills
  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a quantitative field such as System Information, Management Information or related field
  • Min. 3+ years of experience business analyst, and quality assurance is advantage.
  • Familiar with Requirements Gathering, BRD, FRD, USE CASES, UAT, Flowcar, API, etc.,
  • Basis knowledge in SQL queries and SCRIPTING is advantage
  • Experience of working in a collaborative, global team
  • Knowledge of Insurance is advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Business analysis certification is advantage
  • Agile experience (must have)
  • Ability to make quick and informed decisions.
