Executive recruitment company Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia is recruiting on behalf of a multinational home appliance manufacturer. As the expansion continues, our client is seeking a professional with ten years of experience in managing PPIC from electronic/home appliances manufacturing for the job of Production Material Control Manager. The job is based in Central Java, Indonesia.

Job Description:

  • Monitoring inventory levels and ordering new materials as needed to ensure that supplies do not run out.
  • Coordinating with other departments, such as shipping and customer service, to ensure that orders are fulfilled properly.
  • Reviewing reports from the production floor to assess the efficiency of employees' workflow and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Communicating with suppliers about changes in orders or material needs.
  • Managing the workflow of the entire production process from beginning to end, including scheduling workers and overseeing their performance.
  • Training and developing employees in various aspects of production control such as safety procedures and equipment used.
  • Coordinating with production staff to identify and resolve problems that arise during the manufacturing process.
  • Establishing targets for production output and employee performance, and monitoring results to ensure that they are being met.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum ten years hands-on in electronic/home appliances manufacturing (500 manpower).
  • Min. five years as supervisor of PPIC/Procurement/Warehouse.
  • Solid hands-on in forecasting materials and budgeting.
  • Outstanding supplier management.
  • Knowledge of SAP in-depth.
  • Strong in GMP & MRP knowledge.
  • Proficient in AutoCAD, Excel formulas, ERP.
  • Excellent in English (Writing, Speaking & Listening).
  • Willing to be placed in Central Java.
