Keep up with the latest trends on social media and within the influencer community
Capitalize on trends before anyone else and create content just as the trend is taking off
Develop an attractive commission scheme for KOL/KOC to grow the social sales channel and build a community of fans and followers
Tap and coordinate with Smartfren and Sinar Mas physical stores to be integrated with Lifestyle Commerce to promote O2O sales
Manage QR Code generation and update for physical stores that are part of O2O sales
Achieve SF target commission from KOL/KOC performance and growth
Responsible for Influencer Marketing strategy and managing evangelists and KOL/KOC to amplify the brand, generate conversions and create fanatical customers
Responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of a brand’s influencer marketing campaigns. Builds a team of influencer partners for the brand, manages communications, and coordinates with the rest of the marketing team to get maximum impact for their influencer campaigns.

Works with Product and Commercial in hitting UV and conversion initiatives through the use of social media and live streaming platforms
Works with Partners to leverage evangelists to promote LC products
Formal Education: S1
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, public relations or similar field
Min. 2 years experience in the e-commerce industry, preferably in the lifestyle field
Min. 1-year experience as team lead/supervisor/manager &managed team
With experience in Influencer Marketing and UGC
Reports to the Marketing Lead
Knowledge of social media –working knowledge of all top social media platforms & any advertising options these social media platforms have.
Know how to optimize content for each platform, &how to market our brand w/ each platform’s unique features.
