Job Description

  • Create social media campaigns around a unique vision, draft proposals for this campaign, and decide on KPIs to measure the campaign’s success.
  • Reach out to the influencers the brand will partner with
  • Provide assistance when an influencer is creating content i.e provide guidance or a creative push in the right direction
  • Once content is published, track success and share it with the rest of the team
  • Build a list of contacts and maintain regular communications for influencer collaboration
  • Ensure influencers are receiving thorough information and feedback
  • Keep up with the latest trends on social media and within the influencer community
  • Capitalize on trends before anyone else and create content just as the trend is taking off
  • Develop an attractive commission scheme for KOL/KOC to grow the social sales channel and build a community of fans and followers
  • Tap and coordinate with Smartfren and Sinar Mas physical stores to be integrated with Lifestyle Commerce to promote O2O sales
  • Manage QR Code generation and update for physical stores that are part of O2O sales
  • Achieve SF target commission from KOL/KOC performance and growth
  • Responsible for Influencer Marketing strategy and managing evangelists and KOL/KOC to amplify the brand, generate conversions and create fanatical customers
  • Responsible for managing the end-to-end operations of a brand’s influencer marketing campaigns. Builds a team of influencer partners for the brand, manages communications, and coordinates with the rest of the marketing team to get maximum impact for their influencer campaigns.
  • With a deep understanding of the influencer marketing landscape and a desire to build relationships for brands.
  • Works with Product. Commercial, BI, and Marketing teammates to align Influencer Marketing strategy with hero products, content, themes, and campaigns
  • Aligns strategy with SF Brandcom and leverages KOL Management for potential brand promotion extension of Smartfren.Shop
  • Works with Product and Commercial in hitting UV and conversion initiatives through the use of social media and live streaming platforms
  • Works with Partners to leverage evangelists to promote LC products

  • Formal Education: S1
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, public relations or similar field
  • Min. 2 years experience in the e-commerce industry, preferably in the lifestyle field
  • Min. 1-year experience as team lead/supervisor/manager &managed team
  • With experience in Influencer Marketing and UGC
  • Reports to the Marketing Lead
  • Knowledge of social media –working knowledge of all top social media platforms & any advertising options these social media platforms have.
  • Know how to optimize content for each platform, &how to market our brand w/ each platform’s unique features.
  • People skills –develop relationships &network w/ influencers, negotiate brand deals &partnerships
  • Mediation –Able to find common ground b/w the influencers and the brand.
  • Master communicator –strong writing & interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task –track multiple conversations with influencers in order to provide them with the answers they need to keep the ball rolling.
  • Promote LC Products in a very noisy and competitive world of social
  • Swaying influencers to join the LC bandwagon
