Job Description
Responsibilities
To plan, manage, execute, and review performance of Growth & Digital Marketing strategy/campaigns, including Paid, SEO & ASO, CRM, Tracking & Analytics, Affiliate Marketing, Affiliates, Content Marketing, Programmatic, Metasearch, and any other relevant channels — to meet growth, acquisition, and retention of users.
Manage stakeholders and alignment with broader functional and business strategic goals
To measure and report performance for all growth & digital marketing campaigns and assess against business goals (ROI & KPIs).
Project management skills: ability to mobilize and organize across multiple stakeholders
To utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience.
To collaborate with Loyalty & Partnership team on the technical support operations
Coordination and alignment with internal departments including the Commercial, Marketing, Tech, Product, and Data teams.
Identifying or innovating new Growth or Digital Marketing opportunities.
Support and champion any other Growth or Digital Marketing-related projects or tasks that add-value to the team.
Participate in any ad-hoc projects or other relevant duties as assigned from time to time.
Learn cross-function skills within the Growth and Digital Marketing department including CRM, SEO/ASO, Programmatic, Tracking & Analytics, and Mobile Marketing, as well as overall growth and digital strategy.
Contribute to the overall team culture and in cultivating a work environment that is healthy, motivating, and accountable to each other.
Requirements
Candidates must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree in Marketing / Mass Communication / Advertising / Creative or any other related field.
At least 3-5 years of working experience in Digital Agencies/Digital Marketing/E-commerce.
Good knowledge in digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Google Ads, Google Analytics & Firebase, SEO/ASO, Affiliate Marketing, etc.)
Candidates must possess their own transport with a valid driving license.
Able to travel as when required.
Computer literate, specifically Google Cloud or Microsoft Office applications are a prerequisite.
Must be able to work independently and be highly self-motivated and lead by example with the highest level of integrity, responsibility and respect.
