About the role: You will be instrumental in helping our stakeholders make data-driven decisions by making data available for all through building and maintaining data marts, data visualization, and reports! You'll get to work with a talented troop of fellow analysts and data scientists, and spend a majority of your time diving deep into some of the most challenging analytical problems in the Gojek Consumer Platform - specifically, the brain that powers Gojek’s platforms across services.
What You Will Do
You'll design, build and maintain efficient data marts
You'll build supporting tools to ensure data mart health (eg diagnostic, alerts, or automated fixes to reduce incidences of bad data)
You'll also build & maintain dashboards for tracking business OKR and initiatives
You'll partner with business teams to make data-informed decisions
You'll identify product or business opportunities and support growth with experimentations and recommendations
What You Will Need
At least 2 years of working experience in the field of data analysis using SQL, data visualization, and reporting tools like Tableau, Google Data Studio along with practical knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python, Shell) and Python/R for statistical analysis
Experience in ETL tools and Data Warehouse (e.g. Airflow, BigQuery)
Experience in experiment design and statistical evaluation
Strong business acumen and communication skills; able to effectively deliver technical presentations to non-technical stakeholders
Ability to manage and prioritize daily tasks while being goal-oriented
Ability to think critically and strategically
About the team: Our Consumer platform data squad currently consists of more than 10 data scientists, analysts, and decision scientists based in Jakarta, Bengaluru, and Singapore. As a data team, we take care of multiple platforms such as the homepage, identity, chat, communication, and our care platforms. We oversee all things data and work to provide data solutions. It’s our job to ensure that multiple products in Gojek run seamlessly.
