Job Description

Alterra Indonesia is looking for IT enthusiast to join one of our project in Kampus Merdeka program organized by the Indonesian Ministry of Research, Technology, and Higher Education.

This remote position provides you with a chance to create an impact. Join us in our mission in shaping future tech talents, transforming Indonesia into a tech talent home ground.

Area of Responsibilities

  • 12 week live teaching sessions (Online by Zoom or Gmeet); 3 sessions per week and 2.5 hours per session (Feb, Mar, Apr)
  • 12 week live capstone project mentoring session (Mei, Jun, Jul)
  • Weekly meeting with Lead Mentor and Project Manager for evaluation and reporting
  • Answer student’s question from the group
  • Provide student assessment and make student report
  • Each mentor will handle up to 20 participants to discuss and give the feedback of the assignment from participants.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years experience in developing and testing applications using one of these tech stack:
    • Java Spring Boot and/or
    • Golang and/or
    • React JS and/or
    • Vue.JS and/or
    • Flutter and/or
    • UI/UX and/or
    • Quality Engineer
  • Minimum Bachelor Degree from any major
  • Have a good understanding of Algorithms and Data Structures
  • Experience with developer tools like Git, GitHub, Command Line and Postman
  • Experienced in managing a team and/or mentoring engineers
  • Passionate about teaching, coaching, or mentoring others.
