Job Description

Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters to upselling subcription plan for SME's users

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships

Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits

Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and executive sponsors

Become a trusted advisor to our clients and ensure they are successful on our platform

Maintain high levels of customer engagement (including on-site metings) with a focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty

Provide on-the-spot onboarding and training to customers

Proactively spot and correct any issues that could affect customer satisfaction or retention

Faciliate periodic reviews with customers, determining new requirements and further success through engaging and consultative discussions

Continually gather provide input on product roadmap
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Management or related field

At least have 1 years of progressive experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role or customer facing role that experience in upselling subscription plan

Experience in a SaaS, software, product-centric or payments business nice-to-have

Experience working with SME, Retail, Distributors is a plus

Having background of bank lending is nice to have

Prior experience in Customer Success or Equivalent history of increasing customer satisfaction, adoption and retention

Willing to work shifting and weekend

Ability to understand and explain accounting aspects within IT solution base

Friendly and pleasant voice

Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where change is a norm

Excellent problem-solving abilities and consultative skills

Diplomacy, tact, and poise under pressure when working through customer issues

Strong team player but still a self-starter

Thrives in a multi-tasking environment and can adjust priorities on-the-fly
