Responsibilities :

Conduct a review of requirements along with the product owner to determine Acceptance criteria / test and scenario analysis of all requirements resulting product owner
Lead and review team to prepare the artifact required for test execution process, in order to test the process goes according to predetermined standards

d. In cooperation with SCM Engineer ensures that the testing environment setup correctly.
e. Preparing test scripts, either manual or automatic script
Review and monitor team conduct test execution based on predefine stage and type of testing activities (functional test, regression test, system test, performance test, security test
Review and monitor team to reports and communicate the testing process to all stakeholders
Create analysist and provide recommendation to head of quality control about process improvement in testing area
Mentoring and coaching junior tester

Requirement :

Minimum bachelor degree in IT, Information System, Computer Science, Management Information System or related field
India nationality
Minimum 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
Proven work experience in software development
Proven work experience in software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools and processes
Experience in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Hands-on experience with automated testing tools
Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
Having good self motivation, fast learner, can do attitude and able to work as a team leader
Able to work under required time and pressure
Good interpersonal and communication skill and teamwork player
Strong analytical and problem solving
