Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • System Management
    • Responsible for managing and maintaining Software/Application (including master data management)
    • Help to integrate & maintain systems collaboratively with stakeholders
    • Have good understanding of system configuration, analytics & reporting
    • Testing and develop documentation on new software features
  • Documentation
    • Develop, maintain user guides/manuals for respective systems (Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs))
    • Develop business process flow/flowchart using business process modeling tools
  • End User Support
    • Communicate end-users on new or existing software functionality

    • Support and troubleshoot software issues

  • Stakeholder Communication
    • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand business needs (configuration, business process flow) and document business requirements;

    • Improving system efficiency by consulting with end-users and providing innovative solutions through system configuration

Qualifications Associate IS:
  • Bachelor Degree from Information Technology related (Business Information Technology / Information System / Computer Science) with minimal 1-2 year of experience in related area
  • Good Analytical and problem solving skills
  • The ability to work well under pressure
  • Initiative, proactive, and put attention to detail

  • Team Player and has good Interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

Additional Skill Set for IS Team:
  • Finance IS
Experience in handling Finance related Applications (maintaining finance system, master data and configuration) will be an advantage
