We are seeking a strong team player with experience in order fulfillment and supply chain processes, with a service-first mindset and the ability to handle ambiguity in a fast-paced, constantly evolving work environment.
The ability to manage inputs from many teams and individuals that span multiple functions and lines of reporting is crucial for success. At the end of the day, you are passionate about customer service and ensure that the expectations of Nike’s partners are continually managed and exceeded.

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

At Nike, we see our Operations function as a source of competitive advantage. This role is part of the Marketplace Operations team. Your role is to drive seasonal execution with speed and agility, keep the marketplace clean and healthy. You will partner with other teams to execute daily product flow, guide launches, and initiatives to provide support and services for priority markets and strategic partners.

Your goal is to elevate service for our customers and consumers, maximize inventory productivity through collaboration with the accounts team and retailers to win at the moment of truth by delivering the right product, to the right place at the right time. You will also drive continuous process improvement efforts within operations by working across all interfacing organizations.

  • Work closely with other teams to align "bottoms-up" shipping goals with "top-down" shipping expectations. Support reaching financial objectives set by the business
  • Prioritize specific shipments for accelerated delivery, identify risks and opportunities across customers.
  • Ensure and execute against efficient order management processes to plan/deliver seasons by maximizing order books

PRE-SEASON:
Monitor and resolve any issues that might come up with orders. Ensure order book accuracy & integrity through an order validation process.
Pro-active management of order book with a focus on demand/supply match.

IN-SEASON:
Work with customers and Nike teams to align, track and deliver orders to meet financial goals. Provide timely resolution of issues causing un-shippable inventory. Timely execution of customer requested cancellations on orders within terms.

POST-SEASON:
Timely execution of returns and claims request, ensuring account credit status is accurate.
Ensure quality, the on-time relevant information is in place to ensure transparency and visibility for internal partners. Monitor, leverage and improve Performance KPIs to maximize service & drive business decisions. Support the rollout of new processes, analytical tools, and solutions, providing training on when and how they should be used. Develop and maintain close collaboration with key stakeholders across the Nike matrix

WHAT YOU BRING TO NIKE

We are looking for ambitious, driven professionals who can demonstrate the following skills

  • Works independently and is comfortable with ambiguity
  • Strong time management skills and critical thinking
  • Goal and action-oriented
  • Retail and Supply Chain knowledge preferred
  • Customer facing experience preferred
  • FLuent in written and spoken English language
  • Cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management
  • Degree Or High school diploma equivalent with 4-6 years of Customer Service/Order Fulfillment/Logistics/Operational working experience preferably in retail/consumer goods companies
  • Performance Management, Supply Chain Operations, S&OP, Finance, or related experience preferred
  • Computer skills: Advanced MS Office (Excel - pivoting / vlookup), ERP experience (SAP preferable)
