Have in-depth knowledge of the full cycle recruitment process and branding strategies
Have a interview skills and design graphic will be an advantage
Experienced in the use of HRIS, ATS, Portal Sourcing and Recruitment tools
Having the ability to analyze the results of psychological tests will be a consideration
