    • Education : Bachelor's Degree (S1) of Marketing/Business or equivalent
    • Language: Speak and write in Mandarin (HSK-4) and English
    • Minimum 8 years of working experience in Brand Management with in depth understanding of the marketing mix and product lifecycle management within the FMCG sector.
    • At least 5 years of experience as a Brand Manager in FMCG industries
    • Experience in Social/Digital Media
    • Effective time management and ability to prioritize tasks
    • High level of Excel, PowerPoint and Word
    • Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
    • A highly motivated individual who is willing to take initiative and follow up with details.
    • A good team player and communicator.
    • Good presentation skills and ability to communicate with all levels

About work仕事内容について

Responsible for planning and execution of the brand strategy, guidelines, promotional activities, and marketing campaign, to establish and maintain product branding. Maintain brand integrity, compliance and to raise company brand awareness.
Reporting to management and stakeholders, and providing advice regarding future brand activities and planning
Providing leadership and management of the brand team
Collecting, interpreting, and reviewing brand development information
Proactively understanding customer needs and pursuing new brand awareness and marketing opportunities
Defining brand strategy and roadmap
Reviewing, monitoring, and managing budgets
Analyzing market trends and competitors
Establishing and developing relations with other department heads, clients, costumers, auditors, government, media, and external partners
