The Room Coordinator will report to Coordinator- Business Centre.
The candidate under the general guidance and supervision of Executive Assistant Manager, coordinates standard operating policies and ensures that all guests’ requests are met in a timely and professional manner.
Carries out assignments as delegated by the Guest Services Manager, ensuring that all company and Hotel policies and procedures and minimum standards are adhered to, Assists in establishing standards of performance and job descriptions of service staff, Assists in the co-ordination of special promotions and provides administrative support necessary
Main Duties
Supervise the Business Centre and ensure customers receive the highest levels of service at all times as outlined in the property goals.
Continually evaluates the competition in Bali and worldwide and their services comparing them with existing products and services.
Creating services and levels of service that exceed our competition
Identifies and evaluates business trends/needs and uses this information to set and review departmental objectives.
Ensures clear Standard Operating Procedures are developed, communicated, updated and implemented to ensure standards are met.
Establishes training programs for the colleagues to improve their level of service and knowledge
Schedule the duty roster for all staff
Hold bi-monthly/yearly appraisal for all colleagues
Holds monthly communication meetings with colleagues whenever possible.
Ensures that corrective/preventive actions are taken on all negative feedback or complaints.
Ensures 100% participation in the Colleague Opinion Survey Creates an action plan to follow-up on COS results to improve colleague morale
Handle any additional duties as requested by the Executive Assistant Manager
Qualifications
Male or Female between ages 30-35;
Nationality: Indonesian
Fluency in English- spoken & written English [essential]
Additional language will be an advantage [desirable]
Handle office administration work, handle pressure and able to work with Multi cultural environment [essential]
Assertive and focused; confident in handling task [essential]
Organized and systematic [essential]
Is flexible on working hours [essential]
College diploma [desirable]
Experiences
1-2 years’ experience in Coordination role
Has background in Room; knowledge of Room operation will be an advantage
Skills
Must be well versed in MS Office
Delphi knowledge
Opera knowledge
Adaco.net knowledge
