Job Description

Define, analyze, and solve complex financial problems related to areas such as sales bonus calculations, reward programs, rebates, etc.

Check financial calculations for trading companies

Presents the calculation of performance data, sales, customers, and brokers

Use numerical analysis methods to develop schema calculations

Liaise with management and branches to distribute calculation results

Determine the data to be collected, and the methodology to be used in the collection and analysis

Evaluate and find irregularities in the sales process related to sales bonuses and rebates

Analyze and interpret data, and generate relevant statistics to describe and infer certain trends and patterns
Bachelor Degree (S1) from Accounting, Statistic, mathematic or any related major

Experience with accounting calculation, bonus calculation and other financial calculation

Skilled at probing for, evaluating and synthesizing data from disparate data sources to draw a summary report

Maintain a culture of high-quality output and exceptional customer service: effectively communicate at all levels, ensure that work gets done well and on time, and respond effectively to unexpected obstacles.

Self-Motivated, Detail oriented
