Qualification :

  • Must have ICCA certificate
  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma 3 Degree from any field
  • Have experience in Contact Center / BPO at least 3-5 years as Team Leader
  • Fluent in English
  • Good in Ms. Office : Word, Excel and Power Point
  • Good analytical, presentation and planning ability
  • Good leadership skill and negotiation skill
  • Motivated, able to work under pressure and wise
  • Significant experience in a complex fast paced environment
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Passion for ensuring an excellent user experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skil
