Project:

O+O Activation Internship

Social Commerce Excellence Execution:

Nurture and develop TOP 20 Salons of Loreal Salon Shop

  • Deployment includes salons understanding, optimize use of site
  • Repeat rate and consumer acquisition
  • Plan construction (sell in – sell out) and implemented by salons
  • Monitor & Analyze, collab with commercial team

TikTok Store Launch (Q4’22)

Social media: TikTok content creation:

  • Creating best practice on how to create snackable tiktok video for salon & hairdressers
  • Internal - alignment with PPD education & brand team and CDMO team

Deliverables:

  • No of HDs participate & No of content created

Owning the day to day process; prepare, analyze, presenting to stakeholders

Perform in professional manner and meet the objectives given, with strong coordination with all relevant parties which are both internal (cross divisions) and external (includes clients and platforms).


Requirements:

  • Indonesian Nationality
  • University Student – currently pursuing Bachelor/Master Degree without professional working experience (internships not included)
  • Available for full-time internship for 6 months
  • Proficient in English both verbal & written
  • Has leadership experience and active in student organizations/ campus activity
  • Possess good communication skills & positive working attitude
  • Dynamic & creative, with high energy
  • Superb analytical skills
  • Takes initiative
