Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Verint’s Digital First Engagement - Centre of Excellence working on the Case Management Professional suite of products.

You will have the opportunity to be part of an exciting APAC expansion of the development team. You will work with industry standard & leading-edge technologies (including Java, Spring, JavaScript, Kubernetes, Docker, AWS, REST and Hydra APIs) alongside a team of UK based experts.

This is an interesting & challenging multi-dimensional role which requires a holistic view to build complex, high quality product features using the latest technologies & techniques and a CI/CD methodology.

Experience & Qualification

Experience

  • Minimum 6 year experience of software development within a team using Java
  • Minimum 2 years experience using AWS, GCP or Azure

Education

  • A degree or postgraduate qualification in Computer Science or Software Engineering

Qualification

  • Understanding of software development life cycle methodologies
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of object oriented principles and design patterns
  • Advanced knowledge and experience of working with Java SpringFramework
  • Experience of software debugging and root cause analysis
  • Experience of an IDE e.g. Eclipse, IntelliJ IDEA
  • Experience of version control systems e.g. Subversion, CVS, Git
  • Experience of a Linux operating system
  • Experience of web services e.g. SOAP, REST
  • Knowledge of RDBMS such as Oracle, SQL Server or MySQL
  • Knowledge of web application development
  • Knowledge of unit testing and automation testing
  • Knowledge of cloud deployment
  • Experience of performance testing and tuning
  • Understanding of deploying enterprise software solutions
