Manulife Indonesia is seeking a self-motivated Claim Senior Analyst, who is obsessed with delivering value, is forward-thinking, and excited to see the successful implementation of the products they deliver. They will coordinate, motivate, control and make the claims process to ensure the claims process in accordance with the terms and SPO / IK applicable.

To coordinate, supervise and conduct the analysis process claims in accordance with the standards set by the company, especially for the high net worth customers.
Analysts coordinate team activities in order to ensure the achievement of team productivity.
Increasing knowledge about the product
Complaint handling (by mail / meeting with the agent/client).
To ensure compliance with applicable regulations in PT AJMI (including AML / KYC and Privacy).
