Job Description

What are we looking for?

  • Currently pursuing Degree in Information Technology or equivalent
  • Commit minimum 6 months period for final year students and 1 year for fresh graduates
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good communication skills (English will be an added advantage)
  • Keen in learning new technologies

What will be your key responsibilities?

  • Assist site IT team to provide end user supports on IT issues or requests
  • Support site IT team to maintain inventory records
  • Assist in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
  • Provide knowledge/training to end users
  • Establish good relationship with stakeholders
  • Provide technical documentation such as training or user guideline material

What can you expect from Mars?
