The Opportunity

Manulife Indonesia Recruitment Operation will be supporting primarily the Recruitment Administrative activities but also provide back up support to Learning Administration. The coordinator will also provide general assistance to the HR Operations team. The coordinator will liaise and partner with offshore coordinators to seek guidance to ensure overall support to key clients and stakeholders.

We are looking for someone with:
University Degree graduated.
1-2 years HR experience, specifically in administration/onboarding/recruitment
Working knowledge of various policies and practices;
Working knowledge of HR Systems such as Workday, Taleo, Compass
Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent customer service skills
Well-developed time management skills with ability to handle multiple priorities
Strong organizational skills
High attention to detail and accuracy
Strong sense of urgency and flexibility
Provide tiered support for Learning and Recruitment queries
Preparation and releasing of certificates, letters that are driven by employee movements
Maintains a professional and confidential approach while working with employee data and transcripts that are part of program logistics

Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal and external stakeholders
On the job you will:
Recruitment Coordination
Responsible for the centralized collection of approved hiring requisitions and posting of positions on the Applicant Tracking System; Format job descriptions for internal/external and niche site postings
Participate in the coordination of New Hire Orientation; reporting and tracking as required
Provide support with pre-employment screening checks by actively tracking the process of the checks, billing costs, etc.
Be a subject matter expert on Taleo and/or Workday Recruiting
Initiate and complete pre-employment screening process, tracking, follow-up, and costs
Manage paperwork for all hiring activities ensuring accuracy and timeliness in all cases
Manage Onboarding process for all new hires and other status change requests
Provide support for a number of recruitment-related activities: coordinate orientation sessions, coordinate assessment testing to applicants, set up interviews
Co-ordinate and schedule Interviews between Applicants and Hiring Managers
Handle logistics for interview room reservations
Facilitate coordination of assessment testing to applicants
Initiate and manage background checks by coordinating with applicant and background check vendor
Learning Coordination
Assist in the creation of Training Sessions using Learning Management System
Work with learning partners in arranging program schedules, requirements and logistics.
Generate periodic reports for learning partners
Work with the local training manager and learning admin lead to encode, monitor, update and change training session in learning management system.
Manage tickets raised by employees concerning Training Sessions
