Job Descriptions
Conduct, facilitate training and material (Hard & Soft Skills) for all CS Agent in Customer Support Department
Create and update training material (Hard & soft skills, script, wording, guideline, flow) for CS Agent
Doing refreshment training and socialization any kind of things for CS Agent as needed
Prepare and distribute Quiz regular basis by collaborate with QA Team and provide reporting of the result
Create and implementing improvement plan based on Quality result and Customer Dissatisfied by collaborate and coordinate with CS TL & Quality team
Identify TNA or the weak point for every individual CS Agent and improve it
Review, Change and update Knowledge base regular basis or any kind of information source which related to CS agent
Attending for calibration with stakeholder
Requirements
Associate's Degree or Bachelor Degree in any discipline, Minimum 3 Years of Experience as a Trainer in Customer Service
Excellent knowledge of customer service handling (Hard & Soft skills),
Excellent using Ms. Office, especially PowerPoint
Understand Training methods
Good communication & Presentation skills
Excellent Public Speaking, Fast Learner, Confidence, Positive attitude and open minded
