Job Description -
  • Review tax related from Payment Form
  • Review and filing all suppliers invoice documents
  • Distribute all the listed payment to be approved by Tax Specialist and Lead
  • Prepare WHT Slips Art. 23/6 and 4(2) to be sent to vendors.
  • Assist Tax Specialist in preparing WHT Report, VAT Report and Reimbursement Report in monthly basis
  • Assist Tax Specialist in submitting VAT invoice from vendors to Workday database
  • Filing all tax documents

Minimum Qualifications -
  • In process of completing a 2 or 4 year degree in Accounting, Tax, or relevant study (fresh graduate are welcome)
  • Had work experience in Tax
  • Good Excel and data analytics proficiency, familiar with numbers and calculation
  • Able to works independently with a focus on accuracy and quality
  • Available for 3 - 6 months internship period (5 days per week, 9 hours/day)
