MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Provides personalized guest services at Horizon Club such as check-ins and check-outs, secretarial work, mail and information, Airline reservation/confirmation, food and beverage service.
REQUIREMENTS: Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia shall be considered
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Diploma in Hospitality management
Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand
Knowledgable of Opera system would be an advantage
Ability to work independently, and a team player as well
Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels
Pleasant and charming personality
Knowledge of computers and mobile application
Flexible and able to work extended hours when required
Helps drive company values and philosophy and ensures all training and development activities are strategically linked to the organizationâs mission and vision.
