Job Description

  • Assisting the Operation Manager to make sure that daily the whole restaurant operational (Kitchen, Bar & Service) is running smoothly based on the SOP.
  • Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) Implementation.
  • Achieving the revenue forecasted by the management.
  • Handling, coordinate and follow up the complaint, if any.
  • Monthly report (staff’s performance, sales report, inventory).
  • Dailly sales report.
  • Delivering the excellent services (both product & service) also ensuring the absolute of customer satisfaction.
  • Organizing and supervising the staff’s schedule.
  • Strong in regard of training for the sub-ordinates.
  • Able to do Par-Stocking and minimize the Lost & Breakage.
  • Replacing the Operation Manager once he/she is out of duty.

  • Diploma 3 Hospitality (preferable).
  • At least 8 years of working experience in F&B industry with minimum 2 year as an Assistant Operation Manager in Japanese Restaurant or in a well-known Restaurant.
  • Having experience in a pre-opening project of restaurant.
  • Familiar with menu creation.
  • Having a strong leadership.
  • Strong ability to work individually as well as a team.
  • Good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • Guest Satisfaction Oriented.
  • Able to work with pressure and tight deadline.
  • Understanding operational restaurant (preferably in teppanyaki style).
  • HACCP certified.
  • Conversant in Food Costing.
  • Ready to be placed in Pantai Indah Kapuk-Jakarta Utara.
  • Full-time positions available.
