A leading and the biggest fashion retail company in Indonesia is hiring Marketing Manager for Beauty, Health and Wellness category.

Job Description

  • Create Monthly, Quarterly, Yearly Internal and External Marketing Plan, Advertising Marketing Plan, and category development to Achieve Sales & Branding Target
  • Develops and executes marketing plans within the category assigned of beauty, health and wellness
  • Maintain a good relationship with all stakeholders inside and outside the company
  • Ensures that project and department goals are met and adhering to the company's budget
  • Engage in weekly/monthly business review meetings and presenting the strategies to land seasonal goals

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent
  • Min. 5 Years working experience in marketing management or category management
  • Experienced in beauty, health and wellness category
  • Strong leadership and team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Willing to be placed in Jakarta office
