Job Description

SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA

MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:
The selected candidate will provide the highest level of dining experience to all our guests at our classical Chinese JIA Restaurant. Ensures prompt, courteous and efficient service in welcoming guests and ensure guest satisfaction and an adequate promotion of services and facilities, is able to handle guest inquiries and creates engaging experience.

REQUIREMENTS:
Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.
Fluent in English (oral and written).
Minimum one year of work experience in a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand.
Fresh graduates from a reputable Hotel Academy with outstanding internship or casual experiences are welcome to apply.
Exposure and understanding in classical Chinese cuisine will be an advantage.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Flexible and able to work extended hours when required.
