RESPONSIBILITIES:

Proactively work as part of the team.
Generate reports and insights for internal stakeholders and Management team in due time.
Using a consultative approach, collaborate and contribute with Squads to plan, schedule, and execute action plans to improve productivity, efficiency, and effectiveness on SIRCLO Services' needs.
Provide and analyze data to identify problematic areas (ie. supply chain, operation, commercial) and suggest improvements
Continuous periodic reports on key findings and assessments
Track KPIs and report on squads performance

REQUIREMENTS:

Undergraduate degree, preferably in Information System, Statistics, Mathematics, or Business Analytics.
Previous experience in Data Analysis would be preferred.
Knowledge and experience in Query is a huge plus.
Possess strong attention to detail, analytical mindset, and good business acumen.
Self-driven and highly initiative.
Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheet.
Have strong leadership and problem solving skills.
Familiar with supply chain process or consumer goods is a plus.
Able to work in flexible working hours.
