    What requirements you'll need to be eligible
    • 5 years or more in senior position within sustainability department and palm oil industry
    • Practical knowledge in the area of responsible sourcing and traceability
    • Proven leadership skills
    • Pragmatic, hands-on and results-driven management style
    • Stakeholder management skills and experience
    • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and implementational skills
    • Willing to travel extensively
    • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English
    • Excellent English writing skills
    What you'll be doing on the job
    • Propose Sustainability initiatives, asses their cost effectiveness and technical feasibility
    • Identify, review and asses company current sustainability, streamline identified opportunity and run the Continuous Process Improvement Program with others departments.
    • Implementing local and international sustainability standards (ISPO, RSPO, ISCC, etc.)
    • Managing community and labor related matters
    • Set up Sustainability Certification
