Job Description

In order to support the Human Resources department at our factory in Kumanovo, we are looking for Recruiter, who can meet the challenges of the international markets with openness, flexibility and enthusiasm.


Tasks:


  • Fulfill recruiting requirements according to organization yearly plans and objectives
  • Build candidates database throughout recruitment channels
  • Attract candidates by placing job advertisements, using newsgroups, job sites, job fairs, executive search agencies
  • Determine candidates qualifications by interviewing candidates, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements
  • Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules, escorting candidates to interview, participation on the interview meetings
  • Evaluate candidates by discussing job requirements and applicants qualifications with managers, interviewing candidates on consistent set of qualifications


Profile:


  • University Degree in Social sciences will be considered as advantage
  • Minimum 1 year HR or recruiting experience
  • Good command of MS-Office
  • Fluency in English knowledge, knowledge of German language will be considered as advantage
  • Skills in database management and recordkeeping
  • Recruiting and interviewing skills
