Job Specification
Design570 is looking for an enthusiastic graphic designer with excellent communication skills and an eye for detail. You should enjoy working as part of a team and have the ability to organise and prioritise your own work.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
All clients should be able to provide a strong portfolio covering different elements/projects of graphic design.
You must have experience in designing flyers, logos and illustrations which will be tested during the interview.
Applications without strong professional portfolio will not be considered.
Responsibilites:
You’ll be responsible for the design of a wide range of both printed and online promotional and presentational materials to brief and in accordance with established brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
Types of design projects include but not limited to:
Posters and Flyers, Logos, infographs and illustraions, Magazine and Editorial Design, Newsletter Design, Print Ads, Brochures, T-shirt Designs, CD and DVD covers, Corporate Identity, Calendars, Packaging, Web Design (PSD)
Required Skills
A strong passion and relevant graphic design experience.
Have a strong working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
Detail oriented, well organized and able to thrive in deadline-driven environment.
Able to handle a number of projects simultaneously.
Ability to work as part of a team or independently.
Have a positive and outstanding attitude.
Must have access to a quick and reliable quick internet connection with either a PC or laptop.
The ideal candidate must be:
Have precise attention to detail.
Enthusiasm and passion for great design
A Graduate degree in graphic design or relevant experience.
At least two years’ work experience as a graphic designer.
Working knowledge of popular design studios and tools including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator and Adobe In Design.
