Job Description

Our Client has grown to become one of the world’s leading Consumer Goods Company with top quality products and processes are world recognized. They are currently looking for High Qualified Head of Product Marketing with the following roles and responsibilities:

Job Descriptions:

  • Lead & manage Product Marketing team in Consumer business.
  • Maintain No.1 Market Share in all products premium segment.
  • To increase M/S gap vs. competitors, revenue & profit via product mix, channel optimization, excellence retail management.
  • Excellent capacity to identify and meet the needs of targeted demographics through research, new product development and launch.
  • Expertise in project management including time and budget management.
  • Hard-working leader with proven expertise in the global marketplace.

Requirements:

  • Having Master or Bachelor degree from reputable University.
  • At least 12 years working experiences and 8 years as Product/ Brand Manager (BM) in the well-known FMCG / Consumer Goods or Electronics Industries.
  • Strong in sales operations.
  • All candidates must be strong in data analysis. Coming from MNCs would be preferred.
  • Willing to work extra hours, work under pressures and tight deadlines.
  • Looking for candidates who are eager to grow with Our Client.
  • Strong in leadership, Good Marketing Activity Management and interpersonal skills (HIGH INTEGRITY).
  • Proficient in English and Indonesian.
