VONG Kitchen is a concept by one of New York's most celebrated Michelin stars chef - Jean-Georges Vongerichten and his son, Cedric Vongerichten. With a lively night bar, the restaurant seeks to attract a mix of celebrities, socialites, and movers and shakers in the business world, while serving seasonal and signatures dishes of Cedric Vongerichten for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
As a F&B Outlet Cashier, you will properly record all sales of Food & Beverage and ascertains that all charged sales are properly signed and acknowledged by the guests. You will prepare the accounting for and handling of both the daily cash receipts as well as the Cashier’s house fund, complete the Cashier’s Daily Report, and create memorable dining experiences for guests by providing them with a high level of food and beverage service. You enjoy working as part of a team and offer assistance to other team members whenever you can.
