Job Description

Corporate Human Resources Kompas Gramedia is looking for Freelance HR Audit Project Analyst(s). The freelance will be helping the HR Audit Project Leader in conducting workload analysis by participating in online and offline qualitative methods.

Responsibilities:
Conduct Workload Analysis (WLA) in accordance with Corporate Human Resources' guidelines and procedures;

Assist the Project Leader in ensuring that the business unit's employees have submitted their full-time equivalent (FTE);

Conduct interviews (both online and offline, as needed) with the employees to validate the submitted FTEs;

Attend coordination meetings with the audit project team;

Assist other Corporate Human Resources' projects as needed, such as supporting the Internship Acceleration & Ecosystem Development Grant (performance management data collection, etc.).
Master's degree final year student or recent graduate (preferably from Magister Profesi Psikologi Industri & Organisasi or Magister Manajemen);

Solid , strong negotiation and communication skills;

Ability to manage relationships with multiple stakeholders from various seniority level and to adapt their behaviors according to the the situations that may occur;

Strong analytical and planning skills;

Excellent problem-solving skills.
