Scope of Work :
1. Ensures that Inter-Company balances and transactions are processed timely, fully approved and are accurately recorded.
2. Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries to accounts such as general ledger accounts etc..
3. Review invoices received from vendors for properly coding, calculation has been done properly and align with the contract
4. Reviews and approves all journal entries and account analysis/reconciliation such as prepaid, deposits, amortization, cash flow, Accounts Receivable, etc.
5. Working together with Operation Team and site people for the monthly and annual process such as accrual, production, inventory, barging, crushing, transshipment cost and ensuring that all data are received and recorded accurately.
6. Ensure that all taxes have been properly applied, calculated, paid and reported on timely manner.
7. Ensure all transaction related to Fixed Assets (depreciation, transfer, write-off, addition and deletion) are processed timely.
8. Process, review and recorded employee expense claims and business cash advance according to Expense report Guideline, National Employee Policy, Group Travel policy, Group Travel Approval, HR Policy.
9. Regularly review the outstanding employee receivable, advance to 3rd parties etc and follow up for long outstanding items.
10. To be fully accountable for reviewing and finalizing Monthly Management Report
11. To get involved in budget preparation.
