Job Description

Write, review, edit and update content for company websites, blogs, marketing materials and other platforms prior to publication.

Promote content on social networks and monitor the extent of reader engagement (as seen from comments, likes and shares).

Conduct research and in-person interviews (if needed) to learn more about current trends, developments, and perceptions about the subject matter, and contextualize the findings. Assist the creative team with the design of promotional materials.

Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles. Use social media to engage consumers, respond to questions or complaints, and promote company initiatives.

Work closely with internal departments to set product campaign objectives, complete tasks, and identify and solve problems.

Monitor social media metrics and company website.

Utilize SEO (Search Engine Optimization) methods to increase website/site traffic. Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines for content optimization.

Suggest new ways/strategies to promote company offerings and reach consumers.

Researching industry or business related topics developed by the company.

Prepare well-structured drafts using digital word processing and publishing platforms.

Create and distribute marketing copy for the purpose of advertising the company and its products.
Proven work experience as a Content Creator, Copywriter or similar role

Portfolio of published articles

Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)

Excellent writing and editing skills in Bahasa & English

An ability to fact-check long-form content pieces

Time-management skills

Familiarity with SEO

Good looking and having a TikTok/Instagram/Youtube account with lots of followers is a plus

Responsible, flexible, work well in teams, and, have ability to work under pressure

BSc in Marketing, English, Journalism or relevant field
