What will you do?

Health & Safety
Full responsibility (MIR, LTDR)
  • To be aware of hazard and environmental aspects.
  • Identify hazard in workplace; ensure the work process with those hazard and fully understand the procedure in handling the hazard.
  • Identify potential accident and incident, and perform quick response to take positive action to prevent any potential accident and incident (near miss).
Service Level
Full responsibility (Response time, MTTR, Breakdown analisys)
  • Drive and coach maintenance technician to give the best response time (minimum time) for any break down call/signal.
  • Provide clear guidance to maintenance technician for trouble shooting guide of single breakdown type.
  • Give quick update on every issue related to equipment breakdown in cross functional meeting.
  • Deploy for IOT for predictive maintenance.
  • Implement TPM
Data Analysis
Full responsibility (MTBF, Spare part lifetime, Kaizen project)
  • Provide weekly and monthly maintenance KPI data.
  • Perform data analysis to understand individual equipment performance and its characteristic (repetitive issue in critical equipment).
  • Identify potential problem at individual equipment to predict the availability time.
  • Recommend problem solving action based on structural data analysis, based on six sigma project approach.
  • Understanding critical spare part in every critical equipment.
Support
Partial Responsibillity (Complete Documentation)
  • Support implementation of AN/MCN related to test program modification.
  • Early involvement on new project introduction from Industrial team (OCP/PPEP project).
  • Update database and traceability due to process change.
Project
Full responsibility (kaizen)
  • Define and implement six sigma project approaches for breakdown reduction project.
  • Participate as a leader and member in every improvement project (cross department)
  • Provide project presentation at the closing stage of the project

Qualifications

Who would be successful?

  • Bachelor degree (S1/DIII) Automation/Electronic/Electrical/other Engineering Sciences
  • Job Related Experience at least 2 years in Maintenance Engineering
  • Business Understanding: C++, Visual Basic, Other programming language, Electrical design, PLC and database system
  • Ability to use MS Office, Lean sigma mindset, Presentation & Communication skill
  • Good communication in English
