Kriteria

Fresh graduate/final-year student from Psychology major

Minimum 1-2 years experience

Willing a full-time internship for 3-6 months

Strong analytical and planning skills

Good communication and presentation skills

Excellent problem-solving skills

You take initiative and are extremely reliable

You are eager to learn and willing to go beyond the job description

Can join as soon as possible

The placement will be at our sister company in Sunter, North Jakarta

Supporting OD function, created and update Job-description, Job-Profile, HC Policy, Structure, Corporate Culture, Engagement Program, Work Load Analysis (WLA), Objective & Key Result (OKR).

Supporting Recruitment function, searching candidate, conduct psychology test, and Interpretation.

Supporting Training and General Affairs administration.

Get used to using psychological test tools
Usually manage employee/familiar data using HRIS
