Job Description

  • Responsible to monitor server network and application.
  • Report end of daily.
  • To track change request status
Bachelor Degree in the field of Computer Science, Information Science, or Management Information Systems
Minimum 2-3 years direct hands-on experience on data center facilities management and IT operations specific knowledge / skills; with Certifications in [TSM, Data Domain, Online/Offline Storage, Windows and ITIL/ITSM will be an advantage]
Deep skills on TSM and ArcServe backup installation, configuration, troubleshooting and security hardening
Deep skills on regulatory application process (SOD/EOD) and configuration for Installation, troubleshooting and security hardening
Deep skills on connect direct process (data transfer) installation, configuration and troubleshooting
Having knowledge on Online/Offline Storage, Data Domain for Instalation, deployment definition and troubleshooting
Having knowledge on Symantec Endpoint Protection for Installation, deployment definition and troubleshooting
Having knowledge on Altiris Symantec for configuration, monitoring and daily usage
Having knowledge on Server RAID configuration and hardware configuration
Having knowledge on Remotely Anywhere installation, configuration and daily usage
Having knowledge on secure ftp/ssh tools installation and configuration
Having knowledge on Data center facility (temperature, humidity, ups, etc)
Having knowledge on Windows OS for Win 2008, 2012 and 2016, Installation, daily usage and security hardening
Having knowledge on Citrix for daily usage and configuration
Having knowledge on VM Ware for daily usage and configuration
