Job Description

Requirements:
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple assignments as well as detailed work within a fast-paced startup environment.
  • Capability to work effectively in a remote setting (WFH).
  • Ability to write excellent copy in English with strong command of communication skills.
  • Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
: Excellent written and verbal communications expertise.
: Demonstrated organisational and interpersonal skills.
: Strategic research ability in support of assigned tasks.
: Proficiency in PowerPoint design.
: Strong organisational and events management skills.
  • Able to commit for a four-month full-time internship program
  • Available to start working immediately


Responsibilities:
  • Engage in a wide array of external communications activities by researching, drafting, proofreading, and/or editing communications materials targeted to various stakeholders in accordance to the division’s goals.
  • Assist in the development of SIRCLO’s monthly “e-commerce insights” publication within the scope of strategic communications.
  • Support the holding of SIRCLO’s media gathering events in line with the company’s objectives and overall strategy.
  • Assist in the upkeeping of SIRCLO’s corporate & brand guideline and consistently applying them to the Corporate Communications’ editorial content under way.
  • Document and summarise official corporate announcements & events to support Public Relations and internal activities.
  • Track media coverage by means of media monitoring and systematically archive all publications.
  • Collaborate with the Communications team and cross-functional departments to maintain and regularly update information on the company’s media assets; including but not limited to the official website, presentation materials for speaking engagements, and pitch decks.
  • Additional responsibilities within the Communications team as assigned.
