Job Description

As IT Project Manager, you are expected to be responsible to plan, oversee, and lead projects from ideation through the completion of the project. You will interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders, managing several project parts simultaneously.

You can expect to:
Manage projects and customer expectation

Manage stakeholders for each project engagement

Managing timeline and project deliverables

Manage communication with customer

Project Documentation and sign off

Project budget, process and allocation

Managing multiple different project sprint and deliverables

Using tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Ms Project

Providing project report and billing milestone

Provides consulting expertise in using tools to manage the project and reporting

Configures project management tools, plans and executes acceptance testing

Managing project report both internally and externally

Specific to this role :
Great educational background (min S1), preferably in the fields of computer science/computer engineering/information technology

Experience in project management, consulting, or related fields for min. 3-5 years.

Strong technical aptitude (IT Infra, Cyber Security, Application/Software development and implementation);

CAPM or PMP or Scrum Master or Agile Certification is highly desirable

Proven ability to deliver low to highly complex programs of work and projects in a medium-large organizations;

Experience implementing and driving change and business improvements in commercial and government organizations;

Establishment and delivery of programs through to completion with a strong commitment to meeting budget, timeframe and quality requirements

Management of 3rd party vendors / solution partners, including relationship management

Possess strong Customer Centric behaviors with a highly developed ‘Service Culture’ by ‘going the extra mile’ to satisfy Customers and Stakeholders
